Usage Rights:
Commissioned works are for your personal use only, and may not be resold or used in (for profit or free) publications, ads, games, or for commercial purposes. For commercial inquiries, please contact me at [email protected] (prices will be different). Use of commissioned works for NFTs, blockchain, or in AI generated works or databases is prohibited, as is running commissioned works through AI software for any purpose (ex. to "finish" or alter works, as a base/sample for an AI work, etc).I, the artist (n4b4r1), retain the rights to the commissioned piece, and may make use of the artwork for purposes such as posting on social media, including in portfolios, etc. You retain your rights to any original characters you ask me to draw.If you would like me to refrain from posting the commissioned work online (ex. it's for a gift and you'd like to surprise someone, etc.) please make a note at the end of the form and we can arrange something.What you get:
Commissioned works are digital goods, and will be delivered electronically via e-mail for digital download (.PNG format, unless otherwise agreed upon). Payment covers the service (me drawing the art, communications, preparations) and the digital file. No physical goods are shipped out.No WIPs (preliminary sketches, works in progress, etc.) will be provided for these commissions.No edits will be made to the final piece by default, but may be requested at additional cost.Please see my Commission Info page for dimensions and ETA time frames for each commission type.Payment and Fees
Payment is upfront, via PayPal. Sales are final, and no cancellations will be allowed once payment has been received, except in extenuating circumstances on my, the artist's, end, in which case I will contact you about possible delays and possible refunds.I will only ask you for your PayPal e-mail once you have confirmed the quote, unless you are commissioning me via Ko-fi. I will not begin working on your commission until I have been paid. If you do not pay the invoice I send you within 2 weeks of receiving it, I will assume you no longer wish to commission me and I will reopen your slot.All prices are in USD.Editing and Credits:
No matter where the piece is shared, you, the commissioner, agree to not claim to have drawn the art and agree to provide proper attribution when sharing the art online.This includes not removing my artist handle (@n4b4r1) from commissioned works and properly crediting me using my handle ("drawn by @n4b4r1") within the post's caption (i.e. not hidden in the replies, QRTs, or tags) if you repost to your own personal social media. If you use my art as an icon/header please credit me in your profile description. For other public uses, please use your best discretion in ensuring I am properly credited, or ask.Contact Information:

Visual references are required but you do not need to have pre-existing art of the character if you do not have any. References generated through character creators like those on picrew, pinterest boards with references for hairstyles/outfits/face shapes/etc, colour palettes, and so forth are highly appreciated and are easier to work with than written descriptions. However, please note that these will not be workshopped with you during the commission process, so please be specific or make note if there is anything you're uncertain about.What I Will / Will Not Draw:
